A woman from was recently arrested on 95 charges of theft and forgery. Sandy Delgado allegedly stole from the family she worked for as a housekeeper and nanny, according to the San Mateo County Times. She is being held at the San Mateo County Jail in lieu of $950,000 bail.

Her employer suspected she had stolen from them and reported it to police, launching an investigation in mid-January. Investigators suspect Delgado has been stealing from the family for the last four years.

Five arrested in San Mateo on a number of charges involving theft and drug possession

CBS San Francisco reported on additional recent arrests that landed suspected criminals in San Mateo jail.  The article states that five individuals were arrested after they attempted to use fraudulent gift cards in downtown San Mateo. Police arrested Willie Lozano and Phong Le and also found evidence of identity theft as well as drugs in a car.

After police worked with investigators, three additional suspects were apprehended. CBS reported Charles Angeles was arrested in connection with fake credit and ID cards, machinery to manufacture fake credit cards and for possessing an assault rifle with a high capacity magazine. The final two suspects, Duy Nguyen and Thao “Tammy” Nguyen, were arrested in connection with the marijuana police previously found.

Lozano was booked at San Mateo County Jail on suspicion of identity theft and conspiracy, the news source reported. Le was book for transportation and possession for sale of marijuana and conspiracy.

CBS also reported Duy Nguyen was book on suspicion of conspiracy, possession of methamphetamine for sale and unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon. Thao Nguyen was booked on suspicion of conspiracy and possession of methamphetamine for sale.
