Alleged robber to stand trial in December
The trial for a man charged with conducting numerous armed robberies in San Diego County will begin December 12, CNS News reported. Elvin Vincent Foster, also known as the "Be Cool Bandit," faces 10 robbery charges and a maximum sentence of 35 years and eight months in prison.
A judge recently found there was enough evidence to warrant a trial, CNS reported. Deputy District Attorney James Koerber alleged that Foster robbed convenience stores and gas stations in the San Diego area with what appeared to be a semi-automatic weapon.
