SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO, MISSION VIEJO, LAGUNA NIGUEL, DANA POINT, SAN CLEMENTE AND LAGUNA BEACH
Although crime in South Orange County is generally not prevalent as other areas of California, it is surprising the large quantity of South Orange County bail bonds that our company handles.
For example, parents call because their son or daughter received a DUI (driving under the influence). Perhaps, a couple gets into a domestic squabble.
Good families have problems. Whether the charges are DUI, domestic violence, drugs, white collar crimes or other violations, we can help.
Our bondsman can guide you through the legal process for South Orange County as well as the large majority of California. We maintain state-of-the-art technology that allows us to post bail bonds virtually anywhere.
We can even handle most bail bonds by e-mail or fax. Many customers are not aware that they can simply pay by credit card and likely won’t need to leave their home to obtain the bond.
Please call us at 714-835-BAIL or 949-733-BAIL and our 24 hour licensed agents can help you.

ABOUT ORANGE COUNTY BAIL
When you call our company, we guide you thorough the entire bail process. A professional bondsman will aid you in locating the defendant, contacting the jail to determine the bail amount, and be your liaison between you and the jail system.
Bail agents are regulated by the California Department of Insurance and operate under strict laws. Sometimes our Orange County clients will get “cold called” by a bail bond company.
You should be aware that any “cold call” from a bondsman is NOT LEGAL. We highly discourage anyone from transacting bail with agents who engage in this type of unethical behavior. Not only is it illegal, it’s unsafe.
Do you want to sign a contract with a bail agent who is breaking the law?
