Bail Bondsman for Manhattan Beach, Hermosa Beach, Redondo Beach, Palos Verdes

For the most part, the “South Bay” area has an extremely low crime rate in comparison with the rest of California. While much of South Bay is fairly affluent, it still has its share of crime and even the nicest people find themselves in trouble from time to time.

If you are in need of bail bondsman, please give 888 Bail Bonds a call at 888-224-5266.

While we handle bail bonds for all charges, the typical crimes we see in the South Bay is misdemeanors such as DUI’s (Driving Under the Influence), Domestic Violence and Drug possession. Whatever the charges, we can help.

Our bail bond company has been helping South Bay residents for many years and we know that the communities of Manhattan Beach, Hermosa Beach, Redondo Beach, Palos Verdes and Torrance have special needs.  We’re here to help.

    CHOOSING A BAIL BOND COMPANY

When you choose a bail company we suggest you, at least, look at the following:

    1. Is the company local?  Many bail bond companies are national and may not have local agents.
    2. Is the company properly licensed by the California Department of Insurance?
    3. Did a bail agent “cold call” you?  Any bail company that “cold calls” you is acting illegally.  Do you want to sign a contract with a company that is breaking the law?

Obviously, we hope that you choose our company.  Our family has been in business for over 40 year.  We understand the special issues for the South Bay area.  Please call us 24 hours to speak with one of our local bail agents at 310-275-6465.

    LEGAL RESOURCES

Usually, a defendant’s legal troubles don’t end when they are released from jail. This is just the beginning.  Each situation is unique and your decision whether to use an attorney is an important one.  The issues for Manhattan Beach, Hermosa Beach, Redondo Beach, Palos Verdes and Torrance are different than other courts throughout California. Navigating through the legal process can be overwhelming. We offer extensive bail and legal resources online. We might also suggest the Los Angeles County Bar Association to obtain a general idea about how the Los Angeles County legal system operates.

    GOING TO COURT

Each case is unique; however, we find that the large majority of our clients arrested in the South Bay area will eventually go to court at the Torrance Courthouse.  This court will handle a wide variety of issues including arraignments for felony charges, preliminary hearings to determine if there is sufficient evidence and felony sentences not involving capitol punishment. You will want to ask your bail bondsman specifically which of the Los Angeles County Courthouses you are required to attend.

    Torrance, California 90503-5058

    SENTENCED TO TIME

Hopefully, you don’t get sentenced to jail time.  However, if the judge decides to put you in jail, you might consider the Pay-to-Stay program that is available at the Torrance Jail if you qualify. The cost is $171 per day. The advantage is that you will have minimal contact with the regular inmates. You will likely need to do chores such as emptying the trash, cleaning and similar duties. This may be a better alternative for those that may be concerned about safety and privacy.
