Sources close to the investigation said the man had initially been arrested for a burglary warrant.  His bail had been set at $115,000.  When a person is bailed out of jail that is not to say they are free and clear of responsibility.  They will still need to return to court as required to handle their case.  If a defendant fails to appear a bench warrant will be issued for their immediate arrest.  Their bondsman will have 6 months to get that person back into the system or (more…)
