LAPD NEWTON DIVISION INFORMATION
The LAPD Newton Division station serves the Fashion District, Pueblo Del Rio and South Park-Entertainment areas. If someone is arrested in one of these areas, they will be transported to the Newton Division Station located on South Central Avenue in Los Angeles.
There is no long-term jail facility located at the Newton Division Station. Therefore, once an arrestee is processed, booked and checked for outstanding warrants, they will generally be transported to the Metro Center Jail.
