If your loved one has been arrested in the Taft area and taken into custody, don't go through the bail bonds process alone. A highly trained professional bondsman will guide you patiently and discreetly.

When you call, a California licensed bail bondsman will explain the jail and bail workings and help you understand your options. We will work to have the defendant released from jail as quickly as possible.

The required paperwork is easy to handle through the use of your fax or email. Alternatively, we can even meet with you directly at the jail, your home or office if it's more convenient.

We can offer immediate bail bonds service in Taft at 888-224-5266.

    TAFT SHERIFF SUBSTATION AND JAIL

The Taft Substation response area consists of 787 square miles.

Substation office hours are 8am to 5pm Monday thru Friday. There are nine deputies, two detectives, a school resource deputy, and a bailiff assigned to the Taft substation.

When someone is arrested in the Taft area, defendants may be taken to a holding facility at the Taft Police Station located on Commerce Way. They may also be transferred to the Main Bakersfield Jail.

The “booking process” can take anywhere from 2 to 4 hours depending on how busy the jail staff is. Bail bonds may be posted at any Kern County jail 24 hours a day. Once the booking process is complete, we can post the bail bond with the jail. It’s important to know that if the defendant is not bailed out, he or she will generally remain in custody until the matter has been resolved in court.

    BAIL BOND PROCESS

During our initial phone consultation, our bail agents will collect basic information regarding the defendant’s individual situation, e.g., their bail amount, how long they have been in custody, their charges, their current residence, their employment status, etc. If you don't have all of this information, that's ok; we can still help.

When the bond has been approved, which generally happens within five minutes, necessary forms will need to be signed and faxed or emailed back to us. Both the bail application and contract are two very simple and easy to understand documents.

To pay for the bail bond, we accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. And, when qualified, we can set up a payment plan that makes paying for the bond comfortable for you. We will explain the payment process and our flexible bail payment options.

We provide bail bonds in Taft, throughout Kern County and the entire state of California.

Call us anytime toll-free at 888-224-5266 answers to your bail questions at (888) BAIL BOND. Let's get through this together.
