When someone is arrested in Lassen County, they will be taken to the Lassen County Jail for booking and processing. This could take several hours and will include fingerprinting, mug shots, a background check and warrant search. Once booking is complete, we will be able to post a bond for their release. Susanville is the only incorporated city in Lassen County. It has a population of nearly 18,000 residents.
