BOND PROCESS

Upon our first consultation with you, we will collect basic information about the arrestee's situation.

Questions such as the amount of the bail, how long they have been in custody, what the charges are, how long they have lived in their current residence, if they’re employed, etc., are common for us to ask in order to assess the risk in taking on the bond.

If you don't have all the answers, that's ok. We can still help.

We will quickly approve the bond, usually in minutes on the phone. Simple, but necessary forms will need to be signed. Both the bail application and contract are two easy to understand documents. We can meet with you directly to assist with the paperwork at the location of your choice or complete the process by email or fax.

It's our job to make the process move forward for you as smoothly as possible.

HESPERIA POLICE DEPARTMENT AND JAIL INFORMATION

The Hesperia Police Department has of 57 sworn law enforcement personnel.

This includes a captain, a lieutenant, eight sergeants, five detectives, and 47 deputy sheriffs. There are 19 non-sworn employees who also handle various administrative, clerical, and technical duties.

Law enforcement activities within the City of Hesperia include marked-unit patrol, traffic enforcement, gang enforcement, graffiti and vandalism investigation and advanced investigations.  The City of Hesperia has contracted with the San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department for its police services since 1988.

When someone has been arrested by the Hesperia Police Department, they will be taken for booking and processing to the Victorville Jail on Amargosa Road. If they are not released or otherwise bailed out from this facility, some defendants may be transferred to the West Valley Detention Center jail in Rancho Cucamonga.

Mug shots (photographs), fingerprints, and background checks will be conducted during the booking process and may take anywhere from 2 to 4 hours or more depending on the defendant’s individual situation.
