ADELANTO POLICE DEPARTMENT AND JAIL INFORMATION

The Adelanto Sheriffs Department has 31 employees who are committed to community policing. They work in partnership with its city leaders, business owners and the community itself to prevent and eliminate crime. Their goal is to provide a safe, family oriented environment for the citizens of the city.

When someone has been arrested in Adelanto, they will be transported to the Adelanto Detention Center which is the first Type II facility located in the High Desert. This jail provides safe and secure housing for over 700 inmates.

Once there, the defendant will be booked and processed into the system. This generally includes, taking fingerprints, photographs and conducting a national background check.

It's not unusual for a long period of time to pass before the jail has information about the defendant’s arrest and booking. Should you contact the jail too soon, you may find they have not been placed in the jail’s system yet.

It's important to understand that this process is normal during the pre-booking period. Once clear, we can post the bond with the jail 24 hours a day.

To pay for a bail bond, most of our clients choose the convenience of using a credit card which is the fastest, easiest way of obtaining the  bond.

Our company never charges additional finance charges, taxes or fees and we accept all major credit cards.

Very often, we won’t need any collateral and can do what is called a "signature bond." We can get through the approval process over the phone usually in your first phone call.
