PACIFIC DIVISION INFORMATION
The Los Angeles Police Department Pacific Station serves the communities of Del Rey, Manchester Square, Mar Vista, Oakwood, Palms, Playa Del Rey, Playa Vista, Venice and Westchester.
People who are arrested in these areas will be taken to the Pacific Division jail located on Culver Boulevard. The Pacific Community is 24.1 square miles in size, has over 200,000 residents, and is under the jurisdiction of West Bureau.
Home of Venice Beach and Los Angeles International Airport (LAX), Pacific Area is the City’s most popular division. More tourists visit this community than anywhere else in the western region of the USA.
This is largely due to one of the world’s busiest airports, LAX, and Venice Beach, which is the second largest tourist attraction in California after Disneyland.
Arrestees may have one visit a day by a family member or friend during the established visiting hours. A bail bondsman, attorney or member of the clergy may visit an arrestee at anytime.
Bail can be posted at any of the LAPD jails 24 hours a day. For general information on persons arrested and in custody at the Pacific Station, you may call 310-482-6488. You may also speak with a licensed bail bondsman 24 hours a day.
