BONDSMAN FOR AVALON AND SANTA CATALINA
If know someone who has been arrested on Catalina Island and need bail bonds information — we can help. Our family has been serving Los Angeles County and Catalina bail bonds needs since 1971. We can help you immediately.
CATALINA BAIL IS UNIQUE
You should be aware that most arrestees in Catalina are generally transported to the mainland within several hours of the arrest.
The Avalon jail center on Catalina Island is utilized only as a short term holding facility. There is only a short opportunity, perhaps only a few hours, to get somebody bailed out in Catalina prior to them being transported to Los Angeles County jail (Men's Central Jail or Lynwood Jail for women).
Once a detainee is transported to the mainland, the defendant will need additional processing time which usually takes 12-24 hours, meaning that with such a transfer the arrestee is likely to spend an additional day in jail unnecessarily.
For the quickest release possible, we recommend that a potential customer call a bail bondsman service immediately in order to avoid delays.
Our company can contact the jail to let them know a bail bond is in process. In some cases, the jail commanding officer may be willing to delay transferring the inmate until the bail bond is "posted".
OBTAINING A BAIL BOND
Customers should be aware that it is not necessary for them to leave Catalina (or to go to the island if they are elsewhere) to obtain bail with our company.
We will work to get your friend or loved one out of jail as quickly as possible. Our company can “post” Catalina bail bonds in Downtown Los Angeles. It is not necessary for our bondsman to travel to the Island.
Be sure that when you need a Catalina bail bond, you utilize a company that is familiar with the idiosyncrasies of the Avalon jail system.
When you call us a licensed California bondsman will walk you through the bail bond process and answer all of your questions.
Please call 24 hours a day at 888-224-5266.
