ARREST PROCESS

When someone has been arrested in the Los Altos Hills area, they will usually be transported to the Santa Clara County's San Jose jail complex for booking and processing into the jail computer system. The booking process consists of photographs, fingerprints, and a nation-wide computer database background check. This process can take up to several hours to complete.

You should be aware that a bail bond cannot be posted until the entire booking process is complete and the defendant has been cleared for bail. However, as a professional bail company, we can start the process with you right away.
