    THE FASTEST BAIL BONDS SERVICE

The first question and concern we often hear from clients is "how quickly can you get him (or her) out of jail?" At 888 Bail Bonds, we have stream-lined the process to address this real concern that we have heard repeatedly over our years in the bail bond business. Quite simply, we provide the fastest bail bond service anywhere in California. We do this by accepting all major credit cards and providing our clients with bail bonds by email and bail bonds by fax.

Thanks to our concise network of bail agents throughout the state, we are able serve all counties in California. Sending you a bail application by fax or email is the fastest, easiest and most efficient way to process bail bonds. It avoids you going out in the middle of the night or taking time off from work. It can all be handled from the comfort and convenience of your own home or office.

We can handle most bail bonds with the use of Internet technology so we may provide even faster service to those with a  family member, loved one or friend in jail anywhere in California. Of course, for those who prefer to work with a bondsman in person, that option is always available. You can come to our office; we can meet you at the jail or at your home or office.

    ADDITIONAL HELP

    Receiving the Documents

Depending on your preference, we will either email of fax you the simple bail forms. If you receive them by email, they will be in a "PDF" format. Most computers come with Adobe Reader already loaded. If  already have it, you can download Adobe Reader for free.

You will print the documents and fill them out. The information requested is required by the California Department of Insurance. The application is approved by the Department as is the bail contract, which has not changed in at least 50 years.

Receiving a Fax at an Alternate Location

Some people prefer to receive a fax at an alternate location. We deal with many clients who are out of state and don't have other access. Or, for privacy sake, individuals prefer to go to a nearby store that offers fax capabilities such as a FedEx/Kinko's close to you. We can help you find the solution that meets your needs, so please let us know your concerns.

    Returning the Paperwork by Email

After the paperwork is filled out, you may scan it and return it to us by email if you choose.

Simply print the forms, complete them, scan them and attach them to an email.

Clients without a scanner have even used the camera on their smart-phone to take a picture of the documents and send those back to us.

We do need signatures from you for your protection.

    PAPERWORK YOU RECEIVE

You will receive about eight pages from us:

    The Cover Letter

The cover letter will provide you with simple instructions for filling out the paperwork, faxing back to us and our contact information.

    Bail Application

We are required to collect basic information from you and the defendant about where you each live and work as well as contact information from two people who know the defendant well.

This information is strictly used in the event the the defendant does not show up for a court appearance.

We will not call employers, family or references unless we cannot contact you and the defendant. The courts require us to show that we can locate bailees if they do not show up for court.

    Bail Bond Contract

The bail contract is a legal document which has been review and approved by the California Department of Insurance.

All California bail bond companies use the same basic contract and the contract language has not changed in well over fifty years.

    Straight Talk Contract

The Straight Talk Contract is provided for your reference.

It very simply explains the same information as is in the "legalize" of the bail contract.

    Receipt

The receipt will include the full bail fee and credits based on the amount you are paying.

If you are making payment arrangements for bail, those will also be outlined on the receipt.

    Credit Card Authorization

The credit card authorization is simply that: you authorizing us to charge your card. We will obtain an authorization from your credit card company. After our bond is accepted by the jail or court, we will charge your card. We will not charge you the bail premium unless we post the bond.

    Identification and Credit Card Copies

We need a copy of your credit card and your identification (driver's license is the typical form).

This is for you protection. We want to know who is presenting payment. You want to know we care about that.

Please note that all information submitted to our office is kept strictly confidential and only reviewed by the licensed, professional bondsman working directly with you. We need this information to verify authenticity of the payment information and the person who is signing on behalf of the credit card.
