BAIL BOND FINANCING AND PAYMENT PLANS

We realize that the cost of a bail bond may be more than you have readily available.  If you qualify, we can work out a payment plan.

• We do not charge a fee for financing.
• We will work out payments that you can afford.
• We offer no collateral bail bonds to qualified applicants.
• We accept cosigners (make sure you understand your bail bond indemnitor responsibility before you sign).

QUALIFYING FOR FINANCING

Generally, to qualify for our payment plans you will need to have good credit and /or be a homeowner. If you do not fit into this category, we suggest that you ask a family member or friend to consider cosigning.

We look at factors such as the length of time living in California, employment situation, credit rating, type of crime and similar factors. We will be as flexible and creative as possible. We are also able to offer a no collateral bail bond in many cases.

We understand that not everyone has a perfect credit history. When we determine eligibility for financing, we are looking for people who have credit (versus no credit) and who pay their bills on time. When you call, we can advise you if you qualify for financing within minutes.
